We are member-based microfinance institution providing housing loans at the city level. CHDF an organization established and run by leaders of the poor community in a city, recognized by a local government, registered under the authority of the Department of Cooperatives and governed by its own constitution/democratic rules and regulations

We provide financial support for affordable housing, focusing on low-income communities. Our organization offers housing loans, grants, and financial assistance programs to individuals and community-based groups.
There is no provision for the poor to get housing construction loans from commercial banks.
To get a loan from these banks, several conditions have to be met, which are not possible for the urban poor. Such as: unencumbered land, sufficient regular income, a guarantor.
Under the project, opportunities to obtain loans for housing development for the poor belonging to community-based organizations are created.
Providing access to financial services for land tenure security and housing development for the urban poor
Initially, membership fees and member savings will be an important source of funds.
In addition, the operation and maintenance fund, which is set aside for infrastructure expenditure, will be another source of CADF./p>
